How to Play

Watch ABC 6 News at 5:25, 6:25 and 10:30 pm for the nominee of the day, following the weather forecast. There is a different nominee for each day of the contest. The contest begins on Monday, October 13th with the first nominees announced on ABC 6 News.

The next morning, listen to The Quick Country Morning Show with Alan Reed and Mary McPhee.

At 7:20 am, when you hear Alan Reed play the cue to call, call the Quick Country listener line at 507-281-1500 and be the 6th caller with the correct nominee name from the previous night on ABC 6 News.

6th caller will win a daily prize from Curtis Campers, Quick Country 96.5 and ABC 6 News AND  be entered in the grand prize giveaway for a trip for two to the Country Music Awards in Nashville, Tenn, November 12th.

One lucky winner will receive a trip for 2 to the Country Music Awards show live on November 12, 2008 in Nashville. The trip includes:
